Wendy Chayadi has a diverse work experience. Wendy started their career as an intern at PT BRS Standard Industry in 2010. Wendy then worked as an intern at PT BIRU International in 2011 and later joined the company as an Administration staff in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Wendy worked as an Internal Auditor at Orang Tua Group. In 2014, they joined PT Daya Adicipta Sandika (Daya Toyota) where they held various positions including Management Development Section Head, After Sales Service & Logistic Section Head, and currently serving as the Service Head of Daya Toyota Bekasi.

Wendy Chayadi earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Toyota Service Manager Training (TSMT Level 1) from Toyota Astra Motor in December 2021, International Convention on Quality Control Circles 2018 (Gold Award) from Singapore Productivity Centre in October 2018, Surat Penunjukan Ahli K3 Umum from Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in March 2018, Temu Karya Mutu & Produktivitas Nasional XXI from PT Wahana Kendali Mutu in November 2017, and Triputra Supervisor Development Program from Triputra Group in May 2016.
