Ernest Rafael has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as the General Manager of the Service Department at PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia since November 2016. Prior to this role, Ernest held several positions at Johnson Controls from February 2010 to November 2016, including Country Manager of Service and Operation Manager. Ernest's career also includes a tenure as Manager Assistant at Tatasolusi Pratama from August 2007 to February 2010, along with a role as Assistant Manager to MSS West at PT Tatasolusi Pratama during the same period. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supervisor at Airkon Pratama from August 1998 to May 2007. Ernest Rafael completed education at STM Pembangunan Bandung from 1994 to 1998.
