Rory Sera Ayudya has a diverse background in production and research within the aquaculture and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Production Staff at PT Bumi Menara Internusa since October 2022, Rory ensures compliance with quality standards and deadlines through effective planning and supervision. Prior experience includes a role as Research and Development Officer at BénBérg Arôme, where Rory developed product documents such as Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets for essential oils and fragrances. Rory's career began with a position as Aquaculture Staff and Administrator at Jala Pati Nusantara and included an internship at Balai Produksi Induk Undang Unggul dan Kekerangan. Rory holds a Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture from the University of Brawijaya, obtained in November 2017.
