Pangesti Anggraeni currently serves as the Production Team Lead and Administrasi Produksi at PT Bumi Menara Internusa, with responsibilities that include recording production results and calculating man hours for each production process, as well as generating daily and monthly production reports. Prior experience includes an internship at PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, where Pangesti gained insights into fuel oil and gas production, evaluated furnace performance through mass and energy balance calculations, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Lampung from September 2016 to December 2021.
