Gustiono Tegar Prasetyo began their work experience in 2018 as a Sales and Field Assistant at PT Indo Agro Resources, where they worked until October 2019. In August 2020, they joined PT Bintang Toedjoe as part of their Supervisor Development Program, and later transitioned to the role of Sourcing Development Officer in May 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Gustiono Tegar Prasetyo pursued their Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Agroteknologi at Universitas Padjadjaran.
