Desi W. Silaen has been working at PT Bintang Toedjoe since 2017 in a finance role. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as a finance staff at PT TRIPUTRA AGRO PERSADA GROUP.

Desi W. Silaen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) from 2008 to 2012.
