Rinaldy Hutabarat currently serves as a Human Resources Development Officer at PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rinaldy worked at JW Marriott as a Human Resources Administrator from June 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing employee meals records and reporting. Rinaldy also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern, handling various employee information tasks. Earlier, Rinaldy completed a Talent & Culture Trainee position at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, assisting the Learning & Development team, and began their career as an Information Technology Trainee at Avicom Multimedia, focusing on computer network troubleshooting. Rinaldy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Universitas Negeri Padang and completed vocational education in Computer Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Utara.
