Prior to this role, Fennyta held various key positions in human resources and finance, including HR Corporate Operation Head and Payroll, Tax & Benefit Processing Manager at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., where responsibilities included managing HR products for approximately 35,000 employees. Fennyta's extensive experience spans multiple roles such as Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, and Chief Accountant across different organizations, focusing on payroll processes, taxation, financial reporting, and operational procedures. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Southern Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Institute Business Indonesia - IBII.
