Irfan Ardiansyah has a solid background in fraud management and customer support, accumulating significant experience since 2013. Currently serving as an AM - Fraud Management at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since November 2021, Irfan previously held positions as an Anti Fraud Analyst at Indodana and as Team Leader Fraud Prevention Officer at Bukalapak, where responsibilities included email support. Additionally, Irfan worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Maybank for four years. Educationally, Irfan earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika between 2010 and 2013.
