Steve Kurniawan has extensive experience at PT Astra Honda Motor, serving as Engineering General Manager since June 1995. In this role, Steve manages engineering activities related to production facilities, focusing on cost competitiveness and the preparation of both improved and new production facilities based on QCDSME, while aligning with product lineups and sales forecasts. Additionally, Steve has led significant projects, including the new factory at Deltamas in West Java. Previously, Steve held positions as Deputy Engineering Division Head and Process Engineering Department Head, culminating in a Senior Manager role. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and foundational studies at SMAK 1.
