Melania Phan is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Procurement Specialist for PT Astari Niagara Internasional since December 2011, focusing on the procurement of raw materials for production. Responsibilities include analyzing orders, sourcing suppliers, managing deliveries, and implementing efficiency measures. Previously, Melania held the position of Procurement Senior Staff, handling raw materials, packaging, and IT goods. Prior experience includes serving as a Demand Planner Executive at PT. Menjangan Sakti, where demand forecasts were developed and historical sales trends were reviewed. Melania holds a Master's Degree in Management from Universitas Tarumanagara and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
