Ricky Merdiansyah is an experienced professional in service excellence and IT application support, currently serving as the Service Excellence Manager at PT Alto Network since October 2021. Ricky has a robust background managing production issues and enhancements in core business financing systems at BTPN Syariah from October 2018 to September 2021, including roles as a Service Manager and IT Production Support Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes IT Application Support Supervisor at Suzuki Finance Indonesia and Application Support at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed managing service delivery, user support, and system testing. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, obtained in 2014.
