Ivan Halim is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, finance, and cryptocurrency analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Associate at PT Alto Network since November 2022, Ivan focuses on streamlining internal processes and leveraging customer feedback for business insights. Prior to this role, Ivan worked in various capacities, including cryptocurrency staking and farming at BSC & Matic Chain, business ownership at TOP Shoes Bandung, and internal control and finance management at L'Oréal. Ivan's career began as CFO and Finance Manager at Oakward Co., where financial strategy and record-keeping were established. Ivan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management with a major in Finance from the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung.
