Effita Andina Saragih is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent management, career coaching, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Talent Management & Development Associate at PT. Alto Network since August 2020, Effita oversees employee wellbeing and development through engagement events, seminars, and training programs. Additionally, Effita works as a Career Coach at RevoU, guiding students in preparing for careers in the technology sector. Previously, Effita held various leadership roles at AIESEC Indonesia, including National Coordinator of Outgoing Global Talent and Vice President of Outgoing Global Talent/Entrepreneur, where Effita managed local chapters and facilitated international internships. Effita also served as the General Manager of the Autumn Market event at Universitas Padjadjaran. Effita holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2019.
