Ahmad Zaini is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR & Services Manager at PT. Aksamala Adi Andana since September 2016, focusing on organization and people development, compensation and benefits, personnel, general affairs, and legal matters. Prior experience includes roles at SUNTORY GARUDA, where responsibilities encompassed industrial relations, performance management system implementation, and talent management, as well as a position as OD PDv Specialist, managing organizational design and recruitment processes. At Garudafood, Ahmad held the role of People Development Section Head, overseeing training development and manpower planning, and previously worked at PT. King Halim Jewelry as HR Training & Recruitment Supervisor. Ahmad holds a Sarjana Psikologi degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), completed in 2007.
