Kiky Erlinda is an experienced Information Technology Recruiter at PT. Adi Data Informatika since May 2023, overseeing the complete recruitment process from job postings to candidate placements. Previously, Kiky served as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Glints from July 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included understanding client needs, talent sourcing, and managing the recruitment process for both tech and non-tech positions. Prior to that, Kiky worked at Shopee, initially in Relationship Management to support sellers and later in Campaign Merchandising to ensure competitive pricing for products in promotional campaigns.
