Bayu Purwana is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, investor relations, and manufacturing cost control. Currently serving as the Corporate Secretary at PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk since December 2022, Bayu previously held the position of Investor Relations at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk from August 2018 to December 2022. Prior roles include a significant tenure at Nissan Motor Corporation from May 2013 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed supervising manufacturing cost control and managing accuracy of Bills of Materials. Earlier experience includes positions at Peruri Security Paper Mill and PT. BINA SAN PRIMA, focusing on marketing and internal auditing, respectively. Bayu holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a BBA in the same field from IPB University.
