Pascal Auberson has over 20 years of experience in the digital production and gaming industry. Pascal is currently working as the CTO at Psytec Games Ltd since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Roomkey.co as a Senior Developer from 2018 to 2021, where they built a Unity app and multi-user server for virtual events. Before that, they founded Lumacode in 2014 and worked as a VR Developer, specializing in building VR games and applications. Pascal was also a co-founder and Technical Director at Specialmoves from 2000 to 2014, where they gained a reputation for delivering high-quality work for clients such as Rolex, MTV, and Channel 4. Pascal started their career at Wheel; pres.co; The Presentation Company as a Senior Interactive Developer and at Epic (EMG) as a Developer, where they developed educational tools and CD-ROM virtual guides.

Pascal Auberson attended Thomas Peacocke Community College from 1987 to 1994. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a degree in MediaLab Arts at the University of Plymouth and achieved a 1st Class Honors Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
