Nicole Delano is a research associate at psyML, where responsibilities include developing psychometric assessments aimed at enhancing professional and interpersonal relationships and resilience. Prior experience includes a position as strategy coordinator at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on onboarding processes and budget reporting. Nicole also served as an undergraduate research assistant at UC Irvine across multiple labs, contributing to studies on sleep cycles and ADHD, receiving grants for research initiatives, and mentoring new assistants. Additional roles encompass tutoring for K-5 students, working as a respite worker for children with ASD, and leadership in recreational programs. Nicole is currently pursuing further education at Fuller Theological Seminary following a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Sciences from UC Irvine.
