Ben Tillotson currently serves as the Reality Labs Policy Manager at Meta since April 2023 and is the founder of West of Lincoln, LLC, established in June 2021. Previously, Ben held positions as the Senior U.S. Policy Lead at Aaqua, U.S. Policy role at TikTok, and Operations role at Text IQ, where responsibilities included managing operations for a growing startup and leading projects involving AI technologies. Experience also includes grassroots organizing for the Democratic Party of Georgia, overseeing operations at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School, and contributing to campus activities as Student Body President at Claremont McKenna College. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Public Affairs from Claremont McKenna College in 2015.
