Jessica Lefton, MBA, is an accomplished marketing communications professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Communications at Psychological Associates since August 2018, Jessica has developed process maps for workflow improvements and contributed to client communications and training seminar logistics. Prior roles include Development/Administrative Coordinator at The Women's Safe House, where Jessica managed donor communications and holiday campaigns, and Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), focusing on English instruction and student engagement. Earlier experiences span teaching English at GIA VIET ENGLISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL, project management at Touchwood Creative, and internships at FleishmanHillard and Maria Mitchell Association. Jessica holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Puget Sound.
