Carmen Leclercq is an accomplished psychiatrist with extensive experience in mental health services and leadership roles. Currently serving as a substitute member of the Ordre des Médecins for West-Vlaanderen and as a member of the provincial council bureau of the same order, Carmen also holds the position of psychiatric supervisor at PZ Onze Lieve Vrouw. As the founder of Boei 58, a practice dedicated to psychiatric and psychological support for individuals aged 16 and older, Carmen has contributed significantly to the field. Additional roles include clinical psychiatrist and coordinator at PZ OLV Brugge and previous psychiatrist positions at MVIP Brugge and CGG Noord West Vlaanderen. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ghent University, specialization in psychiatry from RUG, a postdoctoral degree in client-centered psychotherapy from KU Leuven, and various advanced training programs in psychiatry and legal expertise.
