Kathinka Pettersen is currently working as a Sustainability & HSEQ Manager at Scana ASA. Prior to this, Kathinka gained experience in QHSE management roles at various companies including PSW Group, Wergeland Bedriftsutvikling AS, Beerenberg Corp. AS, and Bergen Group Services AS. Kathinka's expertise lies in establishing, maintaining, and improving management systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, conducting audits, and providing QHSE consultancy. Kathinka also has a background in graphic design and holds degrees in Communication, International Quality Lead Auditor, and Sustainability Implementation.
