Lissa Lunt is a Managing Director with Pritzker Realty Group and is responsible for leading its multifamily investment strategy, including capitalization, sourcing, and underwriting new investments for PRG and its institutional clients. Lissa has been primarily focused on the company’s multifamily efforts since 2010, with a focus on ground up development in major markets across the country, both direct and through joint venture partnerships. Lissa joined PRG in 2008 where she was responsible for financial analysis and underwriting activities on a diverse portfolio of assets including senior living, retail, office, parking, and industrial properties. Before joining PRG, she was a senior analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (now PGIM) where she worked on the underwriting and origination of commercial mortgages to institutional borrowers across all property types and markets.

Lissa graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Highest Honors. She is an active member of ULI, serving on the Executive Board of ULI Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) and a member of the UDMUC Platinum Council.
