Sarah Kingsley has over 16 years of work experience, primarily in the legal field. Sarah began their career at Stikeman Elliott LLP as an Articling Student and Student in April 2004. Sarah later became a Lawyer in December 2007 and worked there until May 2014. In June 2014, they joined PSP Investments as a Legal Counsel and held that position until May 2017. Sarah then advanced to the role of Director and served in that capacity until October 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Legal Affairs at PSP Investments, starting in October 2020.

Sarah Kingsley's education history begins in 2002 when they attended the University of Ottawa to pursue a degree in LL.L, Civil Law. Sarah completed this program in 2005. Following this, in 2005, Sarah enrolled in the University of Ottawa again, this time to pursue an LL.B, Common Law degree. Sarah completed this program in 2006.
