Nicolas Draghi has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. Nicolas began their career as a Health Innovation Team Intern at Mercer in May 2017, where they worked until July 2017. Following this, they became a Co-Founder of Soccer4Other in September 2017 and had this role until June 2019. In June 2018, Nicolas also served as a Business Development Intern at Paris Saint-Germain F.C. for two months. Later, they joined Shiseido as a Financial Analyst Intern from June 2019 to August 2019. Their next position was at Finance in Motion, where they first worked as an Impact Investing Intern from January 2021 to June 2021. Nicolas then progressed to become an Impact Investing Analyst and held this role until October 2022. Currently, Nicolas is working as an Analyst specializing in Natural Resources at PSP Investments starting from November 2022.

Nicolas Draghi completed their education from 2007 to 2016 at FASNY - French American School of New York, where they obtained an Option Internationale du Baccalauréat (OIB) degree in Economics and Social Sciences. Later, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a field of study in Finance and Entrepreneurship at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management. In 2019, they attended IE Business School for their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, General. In terms of additional certifications, Nicolas obtained the following: "Excel for Corporate Finance Professionals" and "Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions" from LinkedIn in March 2021, "Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling" from Coursera in November 2020, and "Analyze Data with SQL" from Codecademy in April 2020.
