Catherine Legault

Directrice, Communications Numériques at PSP Investments

Catherine Legault has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Catherine started their career as a Journalist at La Voix Acadienne in 2008, where they covered local news events and wrote articles. In 2011, they worked as a Communication Agent at Côte-des-Neiges en fête, where they were responsible for creating communication plans and promotional materials, as well as organizing information and promotional activities. From 2012 to 2013, Catherine served as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Coordinator at L'actualité alimentaire et LE Must, where they managed the reception of editorial material and updated the website and social media accounts. In 2013, they joined the Chambre de commerce du Montréal métropolitain as a Communication Coordinator, and later became a Communications Advisor until 2017. During this time, Catherine proposed communication strategies, developed and implemented internal communication plans, and supervised the delivery of communication tools. Catherine also played a key role in major projects such as the rebranding of CCMM and the Montréal Summit on Innovation. Catherine's most recent position, starting in 2017, is with PSP Investments where they initially worked as a Digital Content Creator for internal communications before being promoted to the role of Digital Communications Advisor.

Catherine Legault completed their education in a chronological order. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Cégep régional de Launaudière à Terrebonne, where they obtained their DEC degree in Arts et Lettres with a specialization in communication. Following this, they pursued their studies at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Baccalauréat degree in Communication, politique et société.
