Ari Shaanan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Varian Semiconductor. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants. In 2012, they pursued an MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. In 2013, they interned as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Following their MBA, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they provided strategic advice and managed project teams. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, specializing in digital strategies, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate growth plans. In 2018, they transitioned to PSP Investments, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Director of Digital Strategy & Advisory. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation, leading the development of the organization's digital strategy and establishing a Digital Innovation lab. Currently, they are a Managing Director of Digital Innovation and Private Market Solutions at PSP Investments, responsible for driving digital innovation and advanced analytics across the organization and deploying digital solutions for investing operations in various asset classes.

Ari Shaanan began their education in 2003 at McGill University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ari attended McGill University from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, Ari Shaanan participated in an exchange program at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), focusing on Mechanical Engineering. In 2008, they pursued Continuing Education in Quantum Mechanics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Finally, Ari Shaanan attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
