William Estepa began their work experience in 1998 as a Project Manager, Survey Analyst, Field Coordinator, and Field Surveyor at Stantec. During this time, they developed field and office standards and procedures for 12 field crews and 6 office staff. William also had diverse land survey experience, excellent organization skills, and the ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and local agencies.

In 2008, Estepa joined The Culver Group as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities included implementing functional field procedures for 3 field crews, developing office methods to process survey data, and accurately tracking field data collection for project progression and development. William successfully maintained client relations with existing clients and resolved recurring missing field data issues.

In 2009, Estepa joined Psomas as a Project Manager. Further details about this role are not provided.

William Estepa, PLS pursued their education in a chronological manner. William enrolled at Mt. San Antonio College from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on General Education. Building on this foundation, they then attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1996 to 1999, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
