Sandy Russell has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering and project management field. Sandy began their career in 1979 as a Civil Engineer at NBS Lowery, where they worked until 1988. In 1988, they joined Psomas as a Project Manager and has been with the company ever since. Sandy'sexpertise lies in managing projects and providing engineering solutions.
