Paweł Kańduła is an experienced professional in operational process optimization and information systems development, currently serving as Product Owner and Head of Monitoring and Data Aggregation Department at PSMM Monitoring & More since September 2019. In this role, Paweł leads a remote SCRUM team of developers and domain experts, focusing on the automated acquisition and analysis of publications from 12 CEE countries, processing data from over 40,000 domains. Prior to this, Paweł spent 15 years at PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów, where leadership was demonstrated as Head of Radio and Television Monitoring Department, managing a large team and adapting its structure to product development needs. Early career experiences include roles in IT equipment service and logistics. Paweł holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Enterprise logistics from Poznan University of Economics and Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Logistics from Poznan School of Logistics.
