Kailin Chen is a Geotechnical Engineer at PSM with previous experience as a Graduate Engineer at O'Hara Brothers Services P/L. During the University of Sydney - Engineering and Technology Precinct project, they supervised asbestos removal and managed site documentation. They also worked as an Academic Tutor and Consultant, contributing to research on Digital Engineering and writing a practical handbook. As an Engineer Intern at Kunshan Construction Quality Supervision Station, they ensured compliance with construction standards and assisted with data analysis. Kailin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is pursuing a Master's in Data Analytics for Business at the University of Sydney.
