Tapan Gupta is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PSIPL since December 2019, Tapan previously held multiple positions at Aegon Life from July 2008 to November 2019, including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Business and Corporate HR. Earlier career highlights include managing human resources for Karnataka at Tata Teleservices Ltd and talent acquisition for the South Hub at airtel. Tapan holds a PGPMIR in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Technology from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology & Science.
