Janet Brown is a seasoned business analyst and technical writer, currently engaged with MVP Consulting Plus, Inc. since 2019 and previously with PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. since 2015, focusing on the NYS Office for Children and Family Services' CONNECTIONS project. With a robust background that includes roles at NTT Data Corporation and MVP Consulting Plus, Inc. from 2004 to 2015, Janet has developed considerable expertise in business analysis within the child welfare sector. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Preventive Services at Catholic Charities of Syracuse, where Janet supervised clinical therapists and caseworkers, and contributed to the development of New York State's electronic case records system for child welfare. Janet holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany.
