Mac Jackson has extensive experience in the skiing and agricultural industries. Currently serving as a Regional Coach Development Team member at PSIA-E/AASI since November 2016, Mac has honed skills in coaching and instructor training. Additionally, as a small business owner of Mac's Mowing LLC, responsibilities include field mowing and horse fencing. Mac has been an instructor and trainer at Sugarbush Resort since 1995, dedicated to enhancing guests' skiing experiences. Furthermore, Mac holds a position on the Educational Staff - Board of Examiners for the Professional Ski Instructors of America - Eastern Division, where the focus is on coaching and accrediting ski instructors. Past roles include greenskeeping at the Country Club of Vermont and board membership with the Baltimore County Agricultural Preservation Board, along with a history of service as a County Committeeman for the USDA. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Maryland.
