Todd Laffoon is an experienced professional with a background in managing site infrastructure and improving operational efficiencies. Currently serving as the Site Infrastructure Manager at PSI Services LLC since October 2016, Todd coordinates build-outs and technology installations across domestic offices. Prior to this role, Todd was an Assessment Center Specialist at Applied Measurement Professionals, where responsibilities included site coordination and candidate support. Experience also includes managing operations at Hendrick Collision Center and roles in marketing and account management at Insight Information Group and Harte Hanks. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
