Shawn Conder is an experienced professional in the cosmetology industry, currently serving as Account Services Director at PSI Services LLC since July 2019. In this role, Shawn has held various positions including Account Manager and Client Service Manager, focusing on client relations and account management. Prior to this, Shawn was the Lead Examiner Trainer and Training Department Coordinator at the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology Inc from February 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating examiner training with state boards across the U.S. Additionally, Shawn owned Salon Ti from February 2000 to June 2015, gaining extensive hands-on experience in the salon business.
