Rachel Levy is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at PSG, a growth equity firm specializing in middle-market software and technology-enabled services. Prior to joining PSG in February 2023, Rachel served as Director of Talent and Director of Advisory at Social Finance from August 2015 to January 2023, where impactful projects included the development of Missouri's first outcomes rate card and Pennsylvania's inaugural social impact bond. Earlier roles include consulting at Deloitte in Health Care & Life Sciences and position as Manager of Constituent Strategy & Insights at Teach For America. Rachel holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College.
