Shannon Conway Vincent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager and Project Manager at PSECU since November 2018, Shannon has also held the role of Quality Assurance Analyst at the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as an IT Systems Analyst at HM Health Solutions and various roles at PHEAA, including IT Project Coordinator and Functional Testing Analyst. Shannon holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Penn State University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and possesses two Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Communication, earned from Penn State University between 2007 and 2013.
