Justin Phelps is an experienced IT professional specializing in network security and systems administration. Currently a Network Security Administrator at PSCI since June 2022, Justin has previously held positions including Systems Administrator at Broadleaf, Inc. and Security Administrator (Seasonal) for the State of Delaware. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Service Technician at Vivint and a role within the New Castle County (DE) Government focused on Criminal Justice from January 2016 to November 2020.
