Lisa M Douglass possesses extensive experience in business development and sales management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at PSC Group since November 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Business Development Manager-Rail at Quala from March 2019 to November 2024. Prior to that, Lisa worked as an Account Manager at Greif, Inc. from October 2016 to March 2019 and held various roles at National Oilwell Varco from January 2008 to July 2016, including Offshore Sales- Account Manager, On Site Solutions Director, Solutions Showcase Manager, and Rig Solutions Spares. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Texas State University (2000-2005) and completed the NOV-Sales Leadership Management Program at Purdue University.
