Rex Allen, PMP CSPM, serves as the Director of Installation for Allied Universal, overseeing operational resources in the Southeast Region, which includes fourteen branches across nine states, two territories, and the District of Columbia. In this role, Rex provides support to five area Installation Managers while ensuring effective project execution and performance as the former Operations/Installation Manager. In addition, Rex is the Co-Chair of the Electronic Security Industry Cross Sector Council for the InfraGard National Members Alliance, offering leadership and expertise in the electronic security sector. As Chair of the PSA Operations Committee, Rex reviews operational efficiencies and best practices for security systems integrators. Previous experience includes founding the Virginia branch office at Intelligent Access Systems Of North Carolina, LLC as Senior Project Manager, and managing national installation and service contracts at Capitol Prison Systems. Rex began a project management career at Phoenix Security Group, supervising installation teams and overseeing various project phases.
