Liza Mariel Ballesteros has extensive work experience in human resources and industrial relations. Liza Mariel started their career at Hutchison Ports in 2001, where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Cristobal Cruise Terminal Manager. In 2010, they joined PSA International Pte Ltd as an HR Outsourcing Manager. Liza Mariel later became the Head of HR and Industrial Relations in April 2019. Their tenure at PSA International Pte Ltd is ongoing.
Liza Mariel Ballesteros holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Additionally, they have completed a postgraduate program in Labor Law and Labor Relations at the Universidad Latina de Panamá. In terms of certifications, Liza Mariel has obtained The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People certification from FranklinCovey and is a certified partner of The Predictive Index. Liza Mariel has also undergone training in Negotiation to Succeed and is a Certified Business Coach from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
