Jeffrey LaPadula has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeffrey started their career in 2000 at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Treasury Accountant, where they worked for six years before moving on to Blackrock as a Senior Treasury Accountant. In 2009, they transitioned into the media industry and worked as an Assistant Producer at kNow Productions and Spirit Media Works. After that, they joined Peacefood Cafe in 2010 as an Associate/Server and later became a Manager. In 2014, Jeffrey became a Manager and Co-owner at Terri, overseeing two organic-vegan restaurants in New York City. Their most recent position is as the General Manager of PS Kitchen, which they started in 2017.

Jeffrey LaPadula completed their education at Rutgers University - Newark from 1997 to 2000. Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing during their time there. Before attending Rutgers University, Jeffrey attended Middlesex College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business Administration. However, they did not complete a degree at Middlesex College.
