Meg Johnson is an experienced educator who has been serving as an Associate Teacher at PS 6 The Lillie Devereaux Blake School since September 2020. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanitarian Studies from Fordham University, Meg has held various roles, including Student Worker at Fordham University School of Law, where proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Banner was developed while assisting with registration and administrative tasks. Previous experience includes student teaching at Dos Puentes Elementary, where ELA and Math activities were led, and co-founding the Students for Immigration Advocacy club, which organized educational events on immigration reform. Other roles include a Development Intern at the ACLU, a Teaching Fellow at Ascend Public Charter Schools, and various tutoring positions for elementary and middle school students.
