Eemeli Kivinen has extensive experience in production and engineering roles within the Prysmian Group, including positions as Production Manager and Plant Manager at the Pikkala and Oulu manufacturing sites. Responsibilities have included project execution, team management, and the implementation of the FastTrack MES system as part of Factory 4 initiatives. Eemeli's career began with a Graduate Program at Prysmian, followed by roles at SEW Industrial Gears Oy as a Quality Development Engineer and at YIT Teollisuus Oy as a Trainee in process piping maintenance. Eemeli holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from Aalto University.
