Chris Schneider possesses over 11 years of extensive experience within the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Prysmian Group since January 2012. In this role, responsibility includes managing day-to-day operations of a $150+ million manufacturing facility, overseeing a diverse team of salaried and union hourly employees while focusing on labor efficiency and material usage. Previous roles at Prysmian Group include Manufacturing Manager and Materials Manager, where Chris successfully led production planning, material purchasing, and customer communications.
