Jeff Barter is an experienced Associate Process Engineer currently employed at Prysm since 2009, specializing in optical replication and optical filter film lamination. Barter has successfully transitioned replicated encoder gratings from development stages to production, collaborated with mechanical engineering teams to enhance tooling processes, and led a small production team to supply replicated optics for prototype and pilot builds. Additionally, Barter has a track record of generating daily and weekly work-in-progress tracking reports and is well-versed in class 10,000 clean room protocols. Prior to Prysm, Barter held various positions at GSI, including Associate Process Engineer and Clean Room Technician, and gained foundational experience as a Lab Technician at Holographix LLC and as a Process Technician.
