Bashar Parvez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bashar started their career in 2006 as an Executive - HR at Artech Information System LLC. In 2007, they joined Group Concorde as a Sr. Executive HR.
In 2009, Bashar joined Business Octane Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager Sales and worked there for a decade until 2019.
Bashar then joined Poly in 2019 as a Territory Account Manager - North, where they were responsible for managing accounts and generating business opportunities. Bashar was later promoted to the role of Major Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing enterprise named accounts and creating opportunities by positioning Poly's portfolio.

From 1994 to 2001, they attended St. Mary's School in Bhadohi where they pursued their 12th grade degree in the field of commerce.
Later, from 2004 to 2006, they enrolled at the University of Allahabad and obtained a degree in M. Psy HRDM (Master in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource).
In addition to their formal education, Bashar Parvez also obtained two certifications. In August 2020, they completed a course on "How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn. Bashar also obtained a certification in "Sales Pipeline Management" from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
