Shally Gambhir is an experienced risk and governance professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Group Governance and Internal Control Framework at Prudential plc, Shally previously held multiple key positions at HSBC, including Associate Director of Enterprise Risk for the Asia Pacific region and Acting Chief Risk Officer for HSBC Mauritius. Earlier career experience includes roles at Fidelity Investments as Senior Manager of Risk Advisory, Dell Technologies as Business Controls Advisor, and American Express as Team Leader for Compliance & Process Quality and Control. Shally holds an academic credential from Cambridge Judge Business School and is a certified member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
